            Senator Palumbo moved to amend the bill on page eleven, section eight, line eleven, by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That the decision as to whether the arbitration agreement is enforceable shall be made by a court of competent jurisdiction, if requested by any party to the arbitration or agreement, pursuant to section nine of this article;

            On page eleven, section eight, line fourteen, after the word “may” by inserting the word “not”;

            And,

            On page eleven, section eight, line fifteen, by striking out the word “pending” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “until”.
